In 2004, I had the opportunity to perform my show in Isère, as part of Pascal Deny’s ‘Nuit des Vacances’.
That evening, the up-and-coming band Linkup were on their summer tour, travelling all over France.
Backstage, one of them comes over to say hello: it’s Matt Pokora. He’s really friendly, polite and respectful. We laugh, we joke around, we talk about football, Strasbourg and, of course, Michael Jackson.
